Who We Are
The Frame of Mind Club is operated by Templeton Image LLC, a registered Maryland LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Templeton Image LLC and the Frame of Mind Club platform accessible at this domain.

What Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use the platform:
- Name and email address when you create an account or request an invite
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload one
- Posts, replies, and reactions you make in the community feed
- Reading progress you log for the current book
- RSVP and attendance records for monthly meetings
- Book and meeting date votes you cast
- Messages submitted through the contact form
We also collect limited technical data automatically through Firebase, our backend service provider, including authentication tokens and basic usage logs. We do not use advertising tracking or sell data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain the member platform
- Display your name, photo, and contributions to other members in the community feed
- Calculate and display your points and badges
- Send you the Zoom link after you RSVP to a meeting
- Respond to messages you send through the contact form
- Process invite requests and grant platform access
- Improve the platform based on how members use it
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
The platform is built on and uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's CDN. Google Privacy Policy
- Zoom — monthly video meetings. The Zoom link is only shared with members who RSVP. Zoom Privacy Policy
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers on this platform.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and community contributions for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our database within 30 days. Community posts and contributions may be removed at your request.
Contact form submissions are retained in our database for up to 12 months and then deleted.
Your Information Is Visible to Other Members
By joining the Frame of Mind Club, you understand that your name, profile photo (if set), posts, passage shares, questions, and point totals are visible to other verified members inside the platform. This is a community feature and part of how the club works.
Your email address is not visible to other members. Only Nate (the club operator) can see member email addresses.
Children's Privacy
The Frame of Mind Club is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use Firebase Authentication to manage accounts securely. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no system is completely immune to security risks.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify active members through the community platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
